Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Lilypop.
These Terms and Conditions set out the terms that apply when you use my website or purchase products from Lilypop Limited.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.
By using my website or placing an order with me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
⸻
1. About me
My website is operated by:
Lilypop Limited
13 Crossfield Crescent
Albrighton
Wolverhampton
WV7 3NX
United Kingdom
Telephone: 07875 073740
Email: bylilypop@gmail.com
In these Terms and Conditions, “Lilypop”, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Lilypop Limited.
“You” and “your” refer to the person using my website or purchasing products from me.
⸻
2. My products
I sell greeting cards, gifts and related products through my website.
I make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on my website are accurate.
However, colours displayed on your device may vary slightly from the actual product.
Some products may also have small variations in appearance, packaging or finish, particularly where products are handmade or individually produced.
These minor variations will not affect the quality or intended use of the product.
⸻
3. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
I aim to keep the information on my website up to date, but occasionally a product may become unavailable after you place an order.
If I am unable to fulfil your order, I will contact you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate refund where you have already paid for the unavailable product.
⸻
4. Prices
All prices displayed on my website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable for a product will be the price displayed on my website at the time you place your order, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
Where applicable, delivery charges will be displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
I reserve the right to change my prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that I have already accepted.
⸻
5. Placing an order
When you place an order through my website, you are making an offer to purchase the products you have selected.
After placing an order, you should receive an acknowledgement confirming that I have received your order.
Receipt of an order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order will be accepted when I can confirm that the products are available and that I am able to fulfil your order.
At that point, a contract between you and Lilypop Limited will be formed.
If I am unable to accept your order, I will contact you and, where you have already paid, provide a full refund.
⸻
6. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment methods available through my website at the time you place your order.
Payments are processed securely through the payment facilities available through my Wix website.
I do not normally have access to or store your full payment card details.
Your order will not normally be dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
⸻
7. Delivery
I will deliver your order to the delivery address you provide when placing your order. I aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on my website.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my reasonable control.
If there is likely to be a significant delay, I will contact you where reasonably possible.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods purchased online should generally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days. Your statutory rights are not affected by my estimated delivery times.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order cannot be delivered as a result, please contact me as soon as possible.
⸻
8. Risk and delivery
Once your order has been delivered to you, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of the products.
However, where you are a consumer, risk in the goods will generally remain with me until the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, unless you independently arrange a carrier not offered by me.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
⸻
9. Cancelling an order before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact me as soon as possible at:
Email: bylilypop@gmail.com
Telephone: 07875 073740
I will do my best to stop the order before dispatch where possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may instead need to exercise your statutory cancellation rights as described below.
⸻
10. Your statutory right to cancel an online order
If you are a consumer purchasing products from me online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying me that you wish to cancel.
This statutory cancellation right is subject to certain legal exceptions.
To cancel an order, please contact me using:
Email: bylilypop@gmail.com
Please provide your name, order number and details of the products you wish to cancel.
You may simply send me a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order. You do not have to use a particular cancellation form.
⸻
11. Exceptions to the right to cancel
Certain products are excluded from the statutory cancellation right.
This may include products that are:
-
Made to your specific requirements;
-
Clearly personalised for you;
-
Made specifically to your specifications and not ordinarily sold as standard products; or
-
Otherwise covered by an applicable legal exception.
For example, if you purchase a standard greeting card or gift from my website, the normal cancellation rights will generally apply.
If you request a product to be personalised or specially made for you, I will let you know if the statutory cancellation right does not apply before you place your order.
The legal exceptions to cancellation rights depend on the circumstances and applicable legislation.
⸻
12. Returning unwanted products
If you cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, you must return the goods to me without undue delay and normally within 14 days of telling me that you wish to cancel.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods where I have informed you of this before purchase.
Returned goods should be in an appropriate condition.
You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. If goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and their value has consequently been reduced, I may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
⸻
13. Refunds following cancellation
Where you validly cancel an order under your statutory cancellation rights, I will refund the payments I have received from you in accordance with applicable law.
This will normally include the cost of my standard delivery service.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, I am not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of my standard delivery option.
I will normally issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
⸻
14. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
If a product you receive is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet your legal rights, please contact me as soon as possible.
Please provide:
-
Your name;
-
Order number;
-
Details of the problem; and
-
Photographs where appropriate, particularly if the product arrived damaged.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, I may offer a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
I will not ask you to give up any legal rights you have as a consumer.
⸻
15. Damaged items
I take care when preparing and packaging orders.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible at:
Email: bylilypop@gmail.com
Photographs of the packaging and damaged product can be helpful when investigating the issue.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
⸻
16. Products received incorrectly
If you receive an item that you did not order, or an item is missing from your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
I will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Where I have made an error, I will cover any reasonable costs associated with correcting it.
⸻
17. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time, I may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
Only one promotional code may be used per order;
-
Promotional codes may have expiry dates or other conditions;
-
I reserve the right to withdraw a promotion where there has been an obvious error or misuse; and
-
Promotions cannot normally be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.
Any specific terms applying to a particular promotion will be displayed with that promotion.
⸻
18. Gift messages and special requests
Where I offer gift messages or other special requests, these will be subject to the options available at the time of ordering.
I reserve the right to refuse a message or request where it contains unlawful, offensive, abusive or inappropriate content.

⸻
21. Website availability
I aim to keep my website available and functioning correctly, but I cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, updates or circumstances outside my reasonable control.
This does not affect your statutory rights relating to products you purchase from me.

Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
I am not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that are not caused by my breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
⸻
23. Events outside my reasonable control
I will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control.
This may include events such as:
-
Natural disasters;
-
Severe weather;
-
Fire;
-
Flood;
-
Industrial disputes;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Significant disruption to postal or delivery services;
-
Widespread technical or internet failures; or
-
Other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
Where such an event affects your order, I will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where appropriate.
⸻
24. Privacy
I process personal information in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
My Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it and how I use and protect it.
My Privacy Policy can be found on my website.

25. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
