• Orders £15 or more: FREE standard delivery

• Orders under £15: £1.00 delivery

 

Dispatch & Delivery

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. I currently use Royal Mail, but may use other suitable delivery services depending on availability. 

 

Next-day delivery may be available on request. Please contact me for a price before ordering.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

All items are quality checked before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible at bylilypop@gmail.com or 07875073740.

 

Please provide photographs of the item and packaging so I can investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
